After 10 days of Volunteering at a hostel in the beautiful city of Isfahan in Iran, Jakob gets together with Hamid, the manager of "Chilla Hostel", and Leila, another fellow Volunteer. 

Together the three talk about their respective experiences about volunteering in Hostels and what it's like to run a hostel in Iran. They go deep on why Volunteering is a Win-Win-Situation for everyone and what makes volunteering so much more special than a "normal" job.
